To take advantage of this Money Back Guarantee, please call Customer Service at 1-800-321-THIN® within seven days of receipt of your first order to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Please put this number on the package. Indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip that came with your order, and wrap the package securely. Ship to the return address indicated on the shipping label. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper, enclose in the package and send the package to the following address: 200 Welsh Road, Horsham, PA 19044. Food must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
