• What foods are included in the Nutrisystem® Select™ program?

  When you order a Nutrisystem® Select™ program, you get one week's worth—breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert (men get an additional dessert)—of our NEW Select fresh-frozen entrees and desserts. You'll get 3 weeks' worth of our ready-to-go entrees and desserts.

• Can I choose my own menu?

  With Nutrisystem® Select™ you have two options—order our pre-selected Favorites Package, or choose to customize your 3 weeks of ready-to-go entrees and desserts. In addition to your ready-to-go meals, you will receive a week's worth of pre-selected assortment of delicious fresh-frozen Select breakfasts, lunches, dinners and desserts.

• What is the Favorites Package?

  The Favorites Package is a pre-selected assortment of our most popular ready-to-go menu items for each meal occasion. If you'd like to try the wide array of Nutrisystem® foods, this may be a good choice for your first order. But don't forget, once you've tried the Nutrisystem® favorites, you can always customize your 3 weeks of ready-to-go items in any subsequent orders if you'd like.

• Exactly what frozen foods are included in the Nutrisystem® Select™ program?

  Along with your ready-to-go entrees and desserts, you will receive one week (a pre-selected assortment) of fresh-frozen Select entrees and desserts. It includes:

• How will my order be shipped?

  For your convenience, we will divide your order into two separate shipments:
  
  Your first shipment will contain your 3 weeks of ready-to-go Nutrisystem® entrees and desserts, your bonus FREE week of ready-to-go menu items (if applicable), and your Results Kit with a Meal Planner that outlines how the program works. They will help you understand which foods to eat and when, as well as guide you in selecting the fresh grocery items to complete your diet. This way, you can get your program underway before your frozen foods arrive.
  
  Within the next 14 days, a second shipment will arrive containing your frozen items, which you can then begin to incorporate into your program.
  
  (Note: If you refuse to accept the shipment once it is delivered, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.)
  (The NutriSystem Select program is not available to residents in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and it can not be shipped to PO Boxes, APO Boxes or military addresses.)
  
  Note: Frozen foods are shipped in 1 week increments.

• How will my food remain frozen for delivery?

  Your Select frozen food shipment will be shipped separately from your ready-to-go items and delivered by a special Schwan's Home Service truck that is designed for frozen storage. If you are not available to accept your food upon delivery, your frozen items will be packed on special ice packs and placed inside an insulated bag to keep your foods frozen for approximately four hours. Some customers may have their frozen food delivered by UPS. In this case, your frozen shipment will be packed on dry ice and placed in a Styrofoam cooler.
